Quick TV is a software application (a media player) that enables users to stream their own legally obtained playlists and content. We do not provide, sell, or supply any TV subscriptions, channels, or media content. Your purchase is strictly for access to the Quick TV application and its features.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

As Quick TV is a digital product delivered instantly upon activation, all purchases are generally considered final. However, you may request a refund if:

• The application fails to install or activate on a supported device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
• You were charged more than once for the same license due to a technical or billing error.
• A refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the application has been successfully activated and used.
• Issues arising from third-party playlists, content, or services that are not provided by Quick TV.
• Incompatibility with a device that does not meet the stated minimum requirements.
• Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
